Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage and engage with a varied K-12 caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Collaborate actively with educators, support staff, and families to promote student access to curriculum and social success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services as required by school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing evaluation results and progress updates
- Provide guidance and resources for classroom strategies and accommodations
