Qualifications:
- Current, active Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Prior experience in schools preferred; new graduates considered

Responsibilities:
- Provide Voco (remote/telehealth) occupational therapy services for a caseload of 4 K-8th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Attend IEP or team meetings as needed
- Consult with teachers and families to support student success
