Essential Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable conducting sessions via teletherapy platforms
- Dedicated to fostering growth and independence for students with unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual OT services for a caseload of 4 students in grades K-8
- Develop individualized goals and treatment plans in collaboration with school staff
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with state and school district requirements
