Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (current or in progress)
- Experience working in a school setting, especially with K-8 students, is highly preferred
- Proficiency in delivering teletherapy or willingness to learn virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality virtual OT services to a caseload of four students, supporting their individual needs and promoting their growth
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain thorough and timely session notes and progress reports
- Utilize creativity and adaptability to engage students in a remote learning format
- Work up to 7 hours per week, with the freedom to schedule 1 full day or spread sessions across multiple days to suit your lifestyle
