Qualifications:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Arizona
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience with school-based or pediatric populations is strongly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, students, and families
- Comfort and proficiency with online service platforms
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct teletherapy services to a caseload of four K–8 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized intervention plans, and document progress
- Consult with classroom staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with education teams as needed
- Maintain all required records and compliance documentation
