Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience or clinical placement working with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, adapting approaches for each learner’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with district and professional standards
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families on speech and language development
