What we’re looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (will consider CFY candidates)
- SLP-CCC or relevant school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to manage a pediatric caseload, ideally within educational or daycare settings
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, communicative, and engaging environment for children
- Solid organizational and documentation skills
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to collaborating with other educators and staff
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Completing timely and accurate assessment, documentation, and progress reporting
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and carry out IEP goals
- Applying evidence-based strategies to address diverse speech and language needs
- Communicating progress and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with all school and state guidelines related to SLP services
