Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
- Prior experience in school settings or pediatric/daycare populations is highly valued
- Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to children at the daycare center
- Complete assessments, maintain detailed progress notes, and develop IEPs or equivalent plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Offer guidance and ongoing communication to families about students’ progress and therapy goals
- Attend relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
