In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team and serve a caseload of 36-40 students in a supportive, onsite environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license—Clinical Fellow applicants welcome
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly desirable
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to engage positively with children, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Commitment to fostering inclusivity and developmental progress
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech and language services to a diverse group of students at a daycare center
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and create effective individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with educators and family members to support each child’s unique needs
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Use evidence-based practices in both one-on-one and group settings
- Foster a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for all students
- Participate in ongoing professional collaboration and communication with school staff
