Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP licensure in Arkansas (CFY applicants welcome)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize a caseload of 36–40 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students at a daycare center
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to foster student growth
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
- Maintain accurate records as required by school and district policies
- Track and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed to support individual student goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology
