Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Active and valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students, teachers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and staff in-service trainings
- Engage in ongoing professional development while adapting evidence-based practices to meet diverse student needs
