Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an immediate opening. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a licensed and experienced SLP who is ready to make an immediate impact in a supportive school-based environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary students through 5th grade
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide onsite speech and language services throughout the school day
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Licensed and experienced SLP required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
