Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, documentation, and progress monitoring for each student on your caseload
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff for integrated student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
