Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Auburn, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload of approximately 35 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and inclusion
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
- Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required
