Qualifications/Desired Experience
- ASHA CCC-SLP credential required
- Active SLP license in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in educational or school-based SLP roles preferred
- Confident working independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in serving students with general speech needs, mild cognitive impairments, or on the autism spectrum
Responsibilities/Duties
- Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload (approximately 10 students per site)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure holistic support
- Document progress and maintain organized records
- Rotate between four neighboring schools, spending full days at each site
