Work with diverse learners across four nearby schools—each day, you'll immerse yourself at a single site, collaborating with educators and families to provide essential speech services. The student caseload consists of approximately 10 individuals per school, predominantly general education with mild to moderate speech, cognitive, or spectrum-related needs.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for Michigan SLP licensure
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Comfort supporting students with speech, cognitive, and mild spectrum needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized action plans
- Deliver direct therapy to students in both general education and special education settings
- Collaborate with teachers and families to foster student success
- Monitor progress, document sessions, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Travel between four close-knit school sites, spending each workday at a single location
