Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility
- Valid state license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full elementary caseload onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver evidence-based therapies addressing speech, language, and communication challenges
