Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Successful experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment techniques, intervention strategies, and IEP development
- Ability to collaborate positively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapies for students with varying needs
- Maintain and document individual caseload for elementary-aged students in compliance with school and state policies
- Develop and participate in IEP meetings, communicating assessments, progress, and recommendations with parents and educational professionals
- Consult with teachers and other school personnel to integrate therapy into daily routines
- Act as a resource to the school, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
