Position Overview

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time elementary school position in Monroe, Georgia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys working with children and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication and academic success.

Position Details

  • Full-time position
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Elementary school setting
  • Full caseload
  • Assignment runs through May 28, 2027
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Additional caseload details will be provided

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
  • Complete evaluations and assessments as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Participate in individualized education plan meetings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other school professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide services in accordance with student needs and individualized education plans.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Appropriate Georgia school-based credentials and certification, as required.
  • Completion of required clinical experience and supervised professional experience.
  • Successful completion of the required national examination.
  • Ability to meet all Georgia licensure and school employment requirements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
