- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering communication skills and educational success among students
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to support each student’s progress
- Supporting students with various speech, language, and communication needs
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to student goals
- Documenting evaluations, services, and progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engaging with ongoing professional development in the speech-language field
