Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon
- Experience working within school settings, especially early childhood environments, is preferred
- Effective communication skills for interaction with students, staff, and families
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic team environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in early childhood programs, following established IEPs and best practices
- Assess communication challenges and develop targeted treatment plans

- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and parent conferences as needed
