Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure for practicing in schools
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop effective, individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable providing direct therapy and consultative services onsite
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress assessments as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with district and professional guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and program planning
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse learning and communication needs
