Speech Language Pathologist in Austin, TX

Make a meaningful difference working with students from PreK through 8th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. This opportunity offers the chance to oversee a bilingual caseload of 40-45 students, managing a full spectrum of responsibilities including individualized therapy, participation in ARDs, and completing evaluations. Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC license or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Comfort managing bilingual caseloads is a plus
- Strong skills in therapy delivery, evaluation, and documentation
- Organizational aptitude for handling full caseload management
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy for students ages PreK–8th grade
- Complete evaluations to determine service needs and monitor progress
- Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to students’ IEP development
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case management records
- Adapt therapy to support bilingual learners and diverse needs
- Engage with school staff and families to support each child’s overall progress and education
