School Speech Language Pathologist - Arvada, Colorado

You’ll manage a diverse caseload of approximately 40 elementary and some PreK students at a single school site. The student needs are primarily mild to moderate, offering a dynamic yet manageable workload that allows you to focus on quality intervention.
Your clinical expertise as an ASHA-certified SLP will be essential in maintaining continuity of care for these students and ensuring compliance with IEP requirements. There is strong preference for candidates experienced in school speech-language programs, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate service delivery for a variety of speech and language disorders.
What we’re seeking:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience delivering school-based speech-language services
- Proven ability to manage elementary caseloads; comfortable serving some PreK students
- Confidence in delivering therapy, conducting assessments, and developing IEPs independently
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with school staff and families
- Please note: This role is not open to Clinical Fellows or SLPAs
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language therapy to elementary and PreK students
- Conducting assessments and maintaining thorough documentation
- Implementing IEPs and participating in relevant meetings
