Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, CO

Key qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to elementary and select PreK students
- Developing and implementing IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
- Communicating effectively with staff and families to support each student's success
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
