Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid Louisiana SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school sites
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool and high school students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and ongoing student evaluations
- Travel as needed between assigned locations
