Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Ruston, LA
Step into a pivotal role supporting early learners as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist, providing essential intervention services within a dynamic educational setting. In this role, you'll work closely with a skilled Early Intervention team focused on children aged 3-4, ensuring developmental milestones are addressed and every student has the opportunity to communicate effectively.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current and valid Louisiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience delivering school-based or early intervention speech-language services
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with developing and updating IEPs for preschool-age children
- Commitment to evidence-based and culturally responsive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted speech/language therapy for preschoolers
- Develop and monitor individualized plans in collaboration with the Early Intervention team
- Maintain detailed records and prepare required reports and progress updates
- Consult and collaborate with families, teachers, and other allied professionals
- Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
