Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid Louisiana SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings
- Strong ability to work with young children, particularly ages 3–4
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs) for preschool students
- Develop targeted intervention strategies to support early communication and language development
- Collaborate closely with early childhood educators, specialists, and families
- Track progress through detailed documentation and maintain ongoing communication with the intervention team
- Contribute expertise to multidisciplinary meetings for comprehensive student support
