School Speech Language Pathologist - Chattanooga, TN

While caseload and age group details are being finalized, Elementary-aged students have traditionally been the primary population.
As an SLP in this setting, you’ll support students’ communication and language development, participate in IEP meetings, and work closely with families, teachers, and other specialists to foster student growth. Required Qualifications:
- Active SLP license
- Active Department of Education certification as an SLP
- Experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and adhere to all time-sensitive credentialing requirements
- Commitment to full-time hours throughout the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy for students
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and special education professionals
- Engage with families to maximize student progress and involvement
- Participate actively in parent meetings and IEP development
- Document therapy sessions and submit progress reports
