Pediatric Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Memphis, TN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP for school-based practice
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary students
- Skilled in assessment, therapy, and documentation for a range of speech and language disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services for K–12 students according to IEP goals and individual needs
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure student success
- Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance reports in a timely manner
- Adapt therapy materials to support students’ diverse learning needs
