Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous experience in pediatrics, especially in early childhood, elementary, or K–12 schools
  • Strong skills in collaboration, consultation, and progress documentation
  • Comfort working with a caseload ranging from moderate to profound needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with school policy
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
