What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- State licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Strong background in pediatric, early childhood, and elementary school settings
- Enthusiasm for serving students with varying needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to different caseloads and school environments
Key functions and responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing progress reviews
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services to students across a range of abilities
