Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K–12
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy sessions for students with a range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Provide support and consultation to educators and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
