Speech and Language Pathologist in Jefferson, SC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds or is eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- School-based experience is a plus, though strong clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultation to teachers and staff to support classroom success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to optimize student outcomes
