School Speech Language Pathologist - Jefferson, SC

Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered
- Experience working in school-based settings a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different school environments
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and IEP development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students aged 3K–12th grade
- Screen, assess, and evaluate students using accepted methods and tools
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Travel between various school sites as needed
