Applicants with the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:
- Active California SLP License or CA CTC credential.
- Experience in school-based SLP, including SLP-CCC, SLP-Healthcare, SLP-CFY, or SLP-Pediatrics.
- Comfortable working with children across all grade levels, from PreK through 12th grade.
- Proficiency in direct and indirect SLP services, including evaluations, IEP development, and consultative support.
- Ability to adapt to changing caseload needs (more details to follow as they become available).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with fellow educators and families.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Providing direct therapy and intervention, as well as consultative and indirect support.
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborating with school staff and families.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reporting for compliance standards.
