Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. Enjoy working full-time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with an assignment starting as soon as possible and lasting through June 5, 2026. This position supports a diverse caseload of approximately 70–75 students, covering grade levels from PreK through 12th grade.
Your expertise will bring essential speech and language services to students, helping them reach their communication and learning goals throughout the academic year.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although strong CFY candidates are welcomed
- Previous experience working with school-age learners, including PreK–12 levels
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational teams
- Ability to manage a caseload of 70–75 students efficiently
- Commitment to supporting diverse needs and IDP implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide direct and consultative services according to students’ needs
