Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current CCC-SLP, CFY candidates welcomed
- California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and related documentation
- Compassion, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across age groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students' progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation to ensure compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights and progress updates to families and staff
