What We’re Looking For:
- Active state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CF, or eligibility to obtain it
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans
- Experience with school-based caseloads or willingness to learn
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs across grade levels
- Complete evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in professional learning and contribute to a culture of inclusion and support for all learners
