Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CF applicants welcomed
- Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or K–12 school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple students’ needs and documentation
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress in alignment with educational best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student achievement
- Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
