Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Oregon SLP License, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Familiarity with elementary school populations
- Experience with pediatric and student caseloads
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Commitment to best practices in a school setting
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver SLP services for elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Document all progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide guidance and support for social communication skills within the school setting
