Speech Language Pathologist in Adams, MA

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload with varying needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
- Competence in IEP documentation, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and intervention services for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Support students' communication needs in academic and social settings
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and allied professionals
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
