Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist | Yorkville, Illinois

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
- Prior experience or clinical practicum in a school setting is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and service delivery in compliance with educational standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving academic and social outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and maintain supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and share insights to assist in educational planning
