Desired Qualifications:

- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience providing speech and language therapy in school or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of therapy approaches for diverse learning needs
- Clear communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups, targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team decisions
- Track and report progress in compliance with state and district requirements
