Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Orting, Washington

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Washington SLP license required
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status; previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Expertise in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based settings
- Familiarity with all stages of the special education process and disability categories
- Ability to create an encouraging and engaging environment, incorporating humor and positivity
- Proficient in assessment, evaluation, and personalized IEP-driven services
- Strong skills in relationship-building with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy aligned with student IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies that promote student participation and progress
- Deliver direct and consultative services for students and staff across three sites
- Support and collaborate with special education teams, families, and community partners
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and services
