Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist in Kent, WA

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP license (CFY, CCC applicants welcome)
- Background in SLP within school settings, with a focus on pediatrics preferred
- Experience in conducting speech/language assessments and evaluations
- Skilled in supporting students with special education needs and collaborating with their families
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and community partners
- Proficiency in all phases of special education processes and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability across multiple sites
- Capable of bringing enthusiasm, humor, and compassion into the school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IEP-guided SLP services to elementary and some high school students
- Administer comprehensive speech/language evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to support special education initiatives
