Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Auburn, Washington

Working under the guidance of the Director of Special Education, you’ll deliver IEP-driven services across three sites, supporting mostly elementary students with opportunities to serve high schoolers as well. Your expertise will help shape inclusive learning environments and empower students to reach their fullest communication potential.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Current, active Washington SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY eligibility
- Experience in school-based and pediatric settings highly valued
- Strong background in assessment, evaluation, and consultation for special education students
- Ability to foster a positive, engaging, and supportive atmosphere for students and staff
- Knowledge of special education processes, procedures, and disability categories, with a willingness to develop specialized expertise as needed
- Proven organizational and planning skills for all phases of special education identification
- Professional interpersonal communication skills—listening as well as speaking
Role Highlights:
- Deliver high-quality therapy and support services in line with IEPs
- Collaborate with school teams and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Provide consultation to staff and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
- Manage direct and indirect service hours (35-38 weekly) between three locations
