Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
- Open to SLP-CCC, CFY, or SLPs with experience in school or pediatric settings
- Skilled in providing evidence-based therapy and collaborating with educational teams
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedicated to student-centered therapy and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, fostering progress toward academic and social success
- Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and teachers
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor ongoing progress
- Consult with teachers and staff to provide classroom strategies and support carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and related service planning as required
