Speech Pathologist in Racine, WI

Schedule/Hours:
- On-site role at an elementary school setting (preschool to 5th grade)
- Interview availability: Thursday afternoon or Friday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Experience providing therapy in hospital or school settings preferred
- Skilled in IEP development, student evaluations, and progress testing
- Comfortable supporting a caseload of mild to moderate student needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a wide range of abilities
- Complete thorough evaluations and create detailed, actionable IEPs
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize outcomes
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary collaborations
