Make a meaningful impact by supporting preschool through 5th-grade students as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position focuses on providing essential therapy services within an elementary school setting, helping children with mild to moderate needs thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
  • Previous experience in school or hospital-based therapy highly desired
  • Skilled in conducting IEPs, evaluations, and standardized testing
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Schedule/Hours:

  • In-person, school-based role covering preschool through 5th grade students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with mild to moderate communication needs
  • Complete initial and ongoing evaluations, develop and implement individualized goals, and lead IEP meetings
  • Track student progress, document outcomes, and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Support the educational team through consultation and staff training as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates student growth
