Pediatric School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Waterville, Maine

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure/certification as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
- Expertise or interest in teletherapy, healthcare, or educational environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and/or virtual speech-language services primarily to K-5 students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions as needed
- Deliver services that reflect evidence-based practices and cultural responsiveness
