Key Qualifications:
- Valid VA SLPA license required
- Experience or strong interest in working with preK–5th grade students
- Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills for documenting student progress and managing schedules
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized speech and language intervention plans under SLP supervision
- Provide both direct and indirect services to students
- Prepare therapy materials tailored to student goals
- Document sessions and monitor progress per school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
